1.   High Purity: The 50Litre Argon/Carbon Dioxide Gas Mixture offers a product with a gas purity of 99.999% argon and 99.9% carbon dioxide.   This ensures increased efficiency and precision in welding and shielding applications.

2.   Industrial Grade: Designed for industrial use, this gas mixture is especially suitable for high strength welds, precision welding, and gas shielded arc welding, providing a consistent and reliable performance.

3.   Robust Construction: The 58kg gas cylinder is made of sturdy steel material with a 2.4mm wall thickness and an outer diameter of 232mm. This ensures durability and longevity for prolonged usage.

4.   High Pressure Capabilities: The gas mixture operates at a maximum working pressure of 200 bar, far exceeding industry standard pressures, which makes it ideal for demanding industrial applications.   However, it should be noted that special attention must be paid to safety when handling such high pressure gases.

5.   Customizable Options: This gas mixture is available in varying sizes, such as 10m^3 cubic meter capacity, and may be customizable with a CGA580 PX-32 or custom-designed valve.    This customization allows for the selection of the most suitable option that fits each application. In addition, considering the customer's requirement, it could be stated that 'Dia 232 * 1550 mm' for both package size and test pressure, to render convenience during handling and transportation respectively.  

 The strength and durability of the gas cylinder is further emphasized due to its body thickness and diameter.   The recessed valve design keeps the overall dimension small and allows the valve to be reached easily and its performance to suffice the diverse needs of consumers.

Q1. What's the MOQ?
A:Different products have different MOQ,Pls feel free to contact with me directly for your requirement.

Q2:What is the delievery time?
A:Normal delivery time for 40L gas cylinder: 15 days
50L 200 BAR gas cylinders: 25-30 days
If you need gas filling , it will take more 10 days.

Q3:What is the package, storage& transportation details?
A:Package:Steamless steel cylinder with different valves,or as to your requirement.

Q4:What is the payment terms?
A:30% T/T in advance, balance against the B/L.

Q5: If the cylinder recycled and can be refilled gas again?
A: Yes, usually the seamless steel cylinder can recycle to use for 20 years, and also can be refill gas again.
But , when you ordered our cylinder, you have to inform us before exporting, we will handle all the import customs clearance formalities.
